There is a senior position in the Automation COE team which focuses on automation and analytics development
Responsibilities:
- Take complete ownership of automations across different BUs and drive them from conception to deployment
- Demonstrate hands-on experience with Power BI, Alteryx, and Python
- Production Support for current automation inventory as a FTE member of the team
- Participate in feasibility studies, solution design, and technology decision-making processes
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, functional architecture strategies, and departmental standards
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and industry trends
- Support initiatives to push adoption of new technologies by preparing and delivering training materials
- Lead and mentor junior developers for complex automations and create fungible team
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align digital initiatives with business goals
- Clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Technical
- 10-14 years total experience in Automation and analytics in general
- Experience in working with complex Power BI dashboards, Analytics with Alteryx/Python and server based hosting
- Leverage strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data sets
- Create insightful reports and dashboards using Power BI and other data visualization tools
- Use Python/Alteryx for advanced data analysis and predictive modelling
- knowledge of Excel/Macro and Analytics will be beneficial
