Job Description
- The Associate – HR Operations will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR processes, employee lifecycle management, and maintaining compliance with organizational policies.
- This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Support onboarding and induction processes.
- Assist in employee exits, including clearance and documentation.
- Assist with the performance management process.
HR Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Prepare HR letters (offer, confirmation, transfer, exit).
Payroll & Attendance Support
- Ensure accurate payroll monthly inputs are shared with the processing team.
- Track attendance, leaves, and shift schedules.
Background Verification (BGV)
- Coordinate with vendors for timely completion of BGV.
Employee Query management
- Respond to employee queries related to HR policies.
- Support HR initiatives and engagement activities.
HR System
- Manage and update employee data in HRMS tools
