Job Description

Conduct in-depth financial analysis and due diligence on potential investment opportunities.
Assist in preparing investment memorandums and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Support the team in portfolio management, including performance tracking and reporting.
Collaborate with senior team members to evaluate market trends and potential risks.
Prepare financial models to assess potential returns and scenarios for investments.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and data for informed decision-making.
Maintain records and ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
Contribute to the development of new investment strategies and opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Associate should have:

A strong academic background in finance, economics, or a related field.
Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis tools.
An understanding of the Venture Capital / Private Equity industry.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced Banking & Financial Services environment.
A keen interest in the Financial Services sector and market trends.
