Structured Products Mid Office Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Structured Products Mid Office Associate to join our Mumbai team. This role plays a key part in supporting the Structured Products business by ensuring seamless mid-office operations and marketing.

This role involves setting up the Mid Office function for the SP team to enhance overall efficiency. Key responsibilities include developing analytics, establishing processes, and designing MIS tools that support business growth.

It offers a high learning curve within a rapidly expanding team, part of the fastest-growing listed wealth management firm.

Structured Products are investment vehicles which are a part of a clients investment portfolio. These products are destined with an objective of reducing overall portfolio risk. The ARWL SP team are market leaders in this category.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Documentation:

• Prepare and review pitch books, term sheets, and fact sheets to support sales and business development.

Trade Support & Valuation

• Calculate and validate unwinding quotes for structured products
• Monitor and reconcile secondary market pricing and valuations
• Prepare and analyze secondary payoff calculations

Risk & Performance Analytics

• Develop and maintain comprehensive MIS reporting for structured product portfolio

Process Improvement

• Identify and implement operational efficiency enhancements
• Develop and maintain procedural documentation

Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Very Highly dedicated and motivated to keep learning and improving.
• Proficiency in Excel, financial software, and MIS tools.
• Excellent multitasking abilities.
