Creating Process flow, SOP, PFMEA & Control Plan
Process optimization & leading productivity improvement initiatives
Expertise in Welding process, selection of welding machine and process
Good exposure in implementation of welding fixture, manipulator and welding position and related facilities
Identifying the new fixtures/ New part & Process designing
Problem solving capability, using 8D / A3 / Six sigma methodology
Good knowledge on SAP, process routing and engineering change management.
Presentation skills,
Requirements
Strong knowledge in welding related process and related working experience (Industry preference - Automobile, Fabrication, Earth mover, etc)
