Process optimization, Proven expertise in line balancing, Value stream analysis and productivity improvement
Expertise in Assembly process and selection of right assembly tools, facilities related to assembly line
Identifying the new fixtures/ New part & Process designing
Problem solving capability, using 8D / A3 / Six sigma methodology/ Autocad/ Method study/ Cycle time study
Good knowledge of SAP, process routing and engineering change management
Requirements
Strong knowledge of assembly related processes and related industry working experience
