Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support and stabilize Yarn Dyed (YD) and Indigo weaving preparatory processes
  • Supervise shift operations across all preparatory departments
  • Ensure optimal performance in the following processes:
  • Rewinding
  • Direct Warping
  • Sectional Warping
  • Sizing
  • Manage and allocate manpower efficiently during shifts
  • Monitor production quality and ensure adherence to standards
  • Troubleshoot technical and process-related issues promptly
