Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and analytical supply chain professional to join our Network Strategy & Planning team as a Value Chain Planner. This role is ideal if you are passionate about end-to-end supply planning, scenario modeling, and cross-functional collaboration. You will support portfolio leads in developing optimized supply plans, maintaining planning parameters, and driving data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support creation of medium- and long-term supply plans for assigned product portfolios.
- Conduct scenario simulations to evaluate trade-offs and support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain planning parameters and ensure data integrity across SAP IBP and Excel models.
- Track KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, procurement, and commercial teams to align supply strategies.
- Assist in long-range capacity planning and investment analysis.
- Prepare and present analytical insights to support S&OP and executive reviews.

Qualifications:
5 Years + Post MBA experience in Operations, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Engineering background preferred.
