Join our dynamic S4 HANA Functional - Delivery team as an Associate Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in configuring and optimizing SAP S/4HANA PP modules. Your responsibilities will include managing master data, integrating PP with other SAP modules, and providing post-go-live support. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and contribute to our client's success in the manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities
- Configure and implement SAP S/4HANA PP modules, ensuring seamless production planning and execution.
- Maintain and optimize master data, including Material Master, BOM, Work Centers, and Routings.
- Implement MRP Live and Demand Management for efficient resource planning.
- Integrate PP with MM, QM, and SD for comprehensive data management and process optimization.
- Analyze business needs and customize SAP Fiori apps for an enhanced user experience.
- Conduct thorough testing, including UAT, to ensure system stability and functionality.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Perform data migration using LTMC or similar tools for efficient data transfer.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects and meet client expectations.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- 3-10+ years of experience in SAP PP, with a proven track record in S/4HANA implementation.
- Proficiency in S/4HANA functional configuration, MRP, and Capacity Planning is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, especially discrete or process manufacturing.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori, Signavio, or LeanIX is preferred for customization tasks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong communication abilities.
- Leadership skills to manage and motivate a team, ensuring effective collaboration.
- Strong project management skills for timely and successful project delivery.
- A proactive and client-centric approach to problem-solving and engagement.
