Job Description

The Associate Manager - SAP IBP Response & Supply Order Series will play a crucial role in our SAP Planning - Delivery department. You will be responsible for driving the design, implementation, and support of supply planning and response planning solutions using SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP). Your expertise will be instrumental in translating our client's supply chain requirements into scalable and efficient IBP solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead SAP IBP projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand supply chain requirements and translate them into IBP solutions.
  • Design and implement supply planning and response planning processes using SAP IBP.
  • Provide functional expertise and guidance to the project team, ensuring effective problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions to ensure the successful adoption of IBP solutions.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of IBP applications, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure the accurate and timely development of IBP-related code.
  • Document and maintain project-related artifacts, ensuring knowledge retention and easy reference.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in SAP IBP and supply chain management.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing their queries and concerns.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP IBP, with a strong focus on supply and response planning.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing SAP IBP solutions for supply chain management.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of delivering innovative solutions.
  • Proficiency in SAP IBP configuration and customization, including advanced features and functionalities.
  • Experience in conducting user training and knowledge transfer sessions is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Willingness to stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in SAP IBP.
