Job Description
As an Associate Manager in the S4 HANA Technical - Delivery department, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing cutting-edge SAP solutions. Your expertise in SAP Fiori and OData will be instrumental in creating user-friendly applications that seamlessly integrate with backend SAP systems. Responsibilities
- Lead a team of SAP Fiori and OData developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- Design and develop SAP UI5 applications, ensuring a modern and intuitive user experience.
- Integrate SAP Fiori apps with backend SAP systems, leveraging OData services.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of developed applications.
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members, promoting best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and propose innovative solutions.
- Document and maintain technical specifications and development processes.
- Participate in project planning, estimating, and resource allocation.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in SAP UI5 development, with a strong focus on SAP Fiori and OData.
- Proven track record of leading and managing SAP development projects.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP UI5 framework, including its architecture and development tools.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and its integration capabilities is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Agile development methodologies is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
