Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP Ariba professional to join our team and drive the Guided Buying initiative. This role is critical in delivering an exceptional purchasing experience, combining consumer-grade ease with strict adherence to procurement policies. The Associate Manager will collaborate closely with various teams, including business users, procurement experts, and SAP backend/integration specialists.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP Ariba Guided Buying, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Collaborate with business users to understand their purchasing needs and preferences, and translate these into Guided Buying configurations.
- Work closely with procurement teams to ensure Guided Buying aligns with procurement policies and procedures.
- Engage with SAP backend/integration teams to ensure seamless data flow and integration with existing systems.
- Monitor and analyze Guided Buying performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Train and support business users on the effective use of Guided Buying, ensuring a positive user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest Guided Buying features and best practices, and recommend enhancements to the solution.
- Document and maintain comprehensive records of Guided Buying configurations and processes.
- Provide regular reports and insights on Guided Buying performance to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in all Guided Buying activities.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Ariba implementation and optimization, with a focus on Guided Buying.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.
- Experience in training and supporting end-users on SAP Ariba solutions.
- Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations, especially as they relate to procurement.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of successful project deliveries.
- Proficiency in SAP Ariba administration and configuration.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
