Role & Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and manage a strong performance marketing strategy to drive business growth.
- Develop and optimize digital acquisition and remarketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Manage multi-million-dollar budgets across paid channels while ensuring high ROI and efficient CAC.
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns to achieve key traffic KPIs through paid, organic, and owned media.
- Explore and test new marketing channels to continuously improve performance.
- Collaborate with management to share insights, improve funnel conversion, and present results regularly.
Experience
- Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
- Proven track record of building and scaling large customer acquisition programs in an online business environment.
- Experience in media planning and execution across multiple online channels.
Skills
- Strong analytical skills with deep understanding of acquisition metrics, campaign performance, and ROI.
- Hands-on expertise in running and optimizing campaigns across:
- Google Search & Display, Facebook, Snapchat, OTT platforms
- Ad Exchanges (e.g., Vserv, Komli, Tyroo, Affle, Resultrix, AdChakra)
- DSPs (DV360, MiQ, In-Mobi, Revx)
- Content platforms (Taboola, Outbrain)
- Remarketing platforms (Criteo, AdRoll)
- Ability to define and track key metrics, optimize costs, and scale strategies effectively.
- Creative mindset with the ability to understand consumer psychology and design innovative acquisition campaigns.
