About the Role
We are looking for an Associate Manager - Paid Media with strong hands-on experience in Paid Ads (Google Ads and Meta Ads) focused on scaling D2C brands through brand-owned websites. You will work on high-impact D2C accounts, manage campaigns end-to-end, and contribute to growth experiments, optimizations, and performance insights in an agency environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Paid Social)
Handle daily monitoring of budgets, pacing, performance trends, and delivery
Optimize campaigns across audiences, creatives, placements, bidding, and funnels
Run and support A/B tests on ads, audiences, and landing pages to improve ROAS and CPA
Work on scaling D2C and eCommerce brands through brand-owned websites
Track and analyze key metrics including ROAS, CAC, CPA, revenue, and conversion rates
Build and maintain weekly and monthly performance reports and dashboards
Ensure accurate tracking using GA4, UTMs, events, and basic attribution setup
Support growth strategies by sharing performance insights and optimization ideas
Contribute to creative inputs such as ad messaging, hooks, formats, and offers
Assist in identifying performance bottlenecks and efficiency opportunities
Collaborate with creative, content, and CRO teams for campaign improvements
Support client communication through performance updates and review discussions
Manage live budgets responsibly in a fast-paced agency environment
Follow defined optimization frameworks, checklists, and best practices
Stay updated with platform changes, new ad formats, and industry trends
Take increasing ownership of accounts as performance and confidence grow
Requirements :
13 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, preferably in D2C or eCommerce
Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads
Experience managing real ad budgets and live campaigns
Basic to intermediate proficiency in GA4, Looker Studio, and Google Sheets/Excel
Good understanding of funnels, remarketing, creatives, and landing page performance
Experience with Shopify or D2C brands is a plus
Exposure to CRO concepts, automation rules, or scripts is a plus
Strong analytical thinking, execution focus, and willingness to learn
