- End to End Accounts Payables or Vendor Invoicing process knowledge at Expert Level in Manufacturing / Logistics industry.
- Strong drive to implement standardization, identify automation opportunities and work with SMEs to deliver solutions in agreed timelines
- Ability to assimilate information about the Supplier / Stake holder behavior and make proposals for process improvements
- Essential technical skills include VBA, advanced Microsoft Excel and Access, and high proficiency across the MS Office suite
- Good written and qualitative analysis skills, should be able to collaborate with various levels of hierarchy and get things executed, be a Team player!
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, creative, experience in documenting business processes and driving process improvement and change initiatives
- Design and implement relevant MIS/reports as requested by the business and ability to summarize information from multiple sources using Tools and Technology
- Utilize analytics to describe, predict or improve business performance. It can enable effective and data-driven decision-making. Automation of repetitive tasks in procurement
