Responsibilities
- Implement OT security architecture, policies, and technical safeguards.
- Supervise OT security monitoring, incident response, and log analysis.
- Conduct periodic risk assessments and vulnerability scans.
- Coordinate security awareness sessions for plant personnel.
- Ensure documentation, audit readiness, and compliance reporting.
- Support technical proposal building and GTM activities.
- Customer interaction and project management.
Coordination of mid to large size OT cyber projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of ICS, SCADA, PLC, DCS, and industrial protocols.
- 610 years in OT security or industrial cybersecurity roles.
- Experience with SIEM, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security systems
