Excellence in Execution
Design and implement learning initiatives
Plan execution of initiatives, end to end - from ascertaining need to measurement of effectiveness
Implement contextual team/regional learning strategies with focus on value for the learner
Program manage the leadership learning journeys
Be willing to embrace change and dynamic work environment
Content design and deployment for various learning initiatives. This could mean effectively liaising with consultants in some instances who will support in content design
Work closely and collaboratively with all stakeholders, internal and external for on time delivery
Co-lead org initiatives like induction and skill shacks
Support with development of career pathways for teams across organisation
Add to monthly newsletters with effective LD inputs
Build healthy working relationships with internal stakeholders irrespective of role and designation
Embody and lead with organisational values and culture at all times and be a role model
Building relationships and ongoing conversations with external partners
Identify and open conversation with potential partners externally
Be a team player and work effectively with other team members
Contribute and actively participate in team planning and review activities
Reporting
Ensure all LD initiatives have reports in place from effectiveness point
All initiatives measured in light of org priorities
Update data regularly for initiatives led
Record feedback and action for all initiatives
