Key Responsibilities -
- Manage daily operations for international holidays.
- Experiences across the multiple International destinations (Short & Long Haul).
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, across different time zones.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global DMCs , suppliers, airlines, hotels.
- Oversee pre-travel, in-destination, and post-travel customer service operations.
- Manage customer escalations and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and overseas partners.
What we are looking for-:
- 58+ years experience in international holiday operations & travel management.
- Good hands on Excel and Travel management tools / ERP.
- Must have Customer-centric mindset, attention to detail and adaptability and flexibility.
- Deep knowledge of visa processes, international travel regulations and destination requirements.
