Job Description

  • Lead and manage inbound and outbound sales efforts by engaging with customers who have shown interest in Onsurity's products across various acquisition channels, driving conversions effectively.
  • Oversee and contribute to revenue generation through structured cold calling initiatives using company-provided data.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and ensure the team aligns solutions accordingly.
  • Drive account growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer base.
  • Act as a key point of escalation and communication between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless experience.
  • Evaluate and route high-potential opportunities to the on-ground sales team for further development and closure.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, Operations) to ensure delivery of a high-quality customer experience.
  • Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and implement best practices to improve conversion rates and overall efficiency.
