Role Description

This is a contract role for an Associate Manager HR Operations, located on-site in Noida. The Associate Manager HR Operations will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's plant units various HR Operations processes. They will work closely with the HR Manager and cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities, analyze trends, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and local employment laws.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR Operations, preferably in a manufacturing or similar industry
• Excellent understanding of HR functions, labor laws and compliance alongwith data analysis

• Experience in managing and optimizing HR Information Systems (HRIS) and other related tools
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India, and experience working with relevant government agencies and stakeholders
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• MBA in Human Resources Management (HRM), Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in leading manufacturing industries
