Job Description

  1. Drive revenue growth by executing strategic business development initiatives to expand Ei's footprint across CSOs, government bodies, and grantmaking institutions.
  2. Generate and manage a strong sales pipeline through structured prospecting, market research, networking, and proactive outreach.
  3. Identify and qualify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, competitor positioning, and sector movements to maximize conversion potential.
  4. Leverage data and market intelligence to refine go-to-market strategies and strengthen sales decision-making.
  5. Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation and relationship building to proposal pitching, negotiation, and deal closure.
  6. Act as a brand ambassador for Ei at industry forums, conferences, and networking platforms to create leads and enhance visibility.
  7. Design persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and customized pitch decks aligned to client requirements.
  8. Develop impactful sales enablement materials including case studies, marketing collateral, and solution briefs to support conversions.
  9. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and delivery aligned with client commitments.
  10. Maintain accurate CRM records and sales documentation to track performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree from a reputed institution or university. Master's degree preferred.
  2. 5+ years of experience in the education sector, preferably in educational assessments.
  3. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  4. Proven track record of managing complex partnerships and driving revenue growth.
  5. Knowledge of the education sector and key stakeholders is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Skills in design software such as Canva preferred
