- Drive revenue growth by executing strategic business development initiatives to expand Ei's footprint across CSOs, government bodies, and grantmaking institutions.
- Generate and manage a strong sales pipeline through structured prospecting, market research, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, competitor positioning, and sector movements to maximize conversion potential.
- Leverage data and market intelligence to refine go-to-market strategies and strengthen sales decision-making.
- Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation and relationship building to proposal pitching, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Ei at industry forums, conferences, and networking platforms to create leads and enhance visibility.
- Design persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and customized pitch decks aligned to client requirements.
- Develop impactful sales enablement materials including case studies, marketing collateral, and solution briefs to support conversions.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and delivery aligned with client commitments.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales documentation to track performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a reputed institution or university. Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in the education sector, preferably in educational assessments.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven track record of managing complex partnerships and driving revenue growth.
- Knowledge of the education sector and key stakeholders is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Skills in design software such as Canva preferred
