Job Description:
- Be responsible for driving client KPIs on different marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, QCommerce, Pharmacy, Beauty and Fashion by working with an ad operations team.
- Be responsible for driving organizational KPIs, SLAs towards ensuring on-time & high-quality delivery of work by the team.
- Understand client goals, give strategic direction and refine campaign plans before they go to client.
- Finalise advertising plans with client input – mutual alignment of plans with the client based on key objectives and KPIs to be achieved.
- Provide recommendations and guide AdOps team in execution of strategies for Campaign Structuring, Targeting, Creatives, Betas and other facets of advertising.
- Drive use of automation and tech for reporting with the AdOps team.
- Build, watch and maintain the digital advertising budget and track success metrics.
- Oversee analysis of digital activity and reporting to the client.
- Understanding client brief to identify opportunities for scaling revenue and efficiencies.
- Responsible for managing a client portfolio of 3-5 accounts.
- Review performance being delivered on client accounts with the team.
- Understand industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Be accountable for business reviews with clients.
- Be responsible for Team Growth and planning development programs.
- Take PDPs of team members.
- Be accountable for quality and timely deliverables.
- Work with Business Teams to support new business pitches.

- Are any Graduate/MBA with 3–5 years of relevant work experience
- Have experience in Amazon Ads and marketplace campaigns
- Have hands-on experience with tools like Helium 10, Amazon Pi, Amazon Drona
- Have team handling experience (mandatory)
- Have experience managing multiple client accounts
- Strong analytical and communication skills
