Job Purpose
Manage Funnel & Merchandising for B2B Marketplace for Consumer Durables, Digital Product Finance & E-Commerce Product
Duties And Responsibilities
Communication & Campaigns:
- Design interventions to Improve efficiencies of Add to Cart, PDP Views.
- Improve funnel Conversion Metrics.
Performance Monitoring
- Merchandising Activities w.r.t Refreshing of Banners, Placement of Correct SKUs basis coverage, New Brand Pages creation, Merchandising Governance etc
- Engagement with BFDL & OEM teams to close loop.
- Create dashboards & reports with the help BIU & Analytics team.
Stakeholder Management
- Liaising with BFDL to ensure immediate Platform issues resolution & requests closure
- Capabilities regarding Merchandising & cross-functional co-ordination with BFDL
Metrics
- B2B Marketplace Orders
- Funnel – User/PDP Views
- Drive CTR from Merchandising
- Monthly Dashboard on Performance of Merchandising
Key Decisions / Dimensions
- Prioritization of work
- Trade Offs with external & internal stakeholders for getting campaigns & reports executed within timelines
Major Challenges
- Business escalations cause by technology glitch or difficulties
- Dependency on external partners & tech teams for day to day activities
Required Qualifications And Experience
Post Graduation – MBA, B.E, B Tech
Total Experience: 4-6 years
Relevant Experience: 1 –2 years
- Prior experience in E-Commerce, Digital marketing is preferred
- Prior experience in Campaign management is an added advantage
- Prior experience in stakeholder management is an added advantage
- Should have excellent communication & analytical skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills
- Should be an excellent Team Player & Interpersonal Skills
- High motivational levels and being a self-starter are essentials
- Leadership qualities are a must have
