Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, PDCA (PlanDoCheckAct), etc.).
  • Identify and analyze process bottlenecks, waste, and variation through data analysis and stakeholder feedback.
  • Facilitate Kaizen events, workshops, and root cause analyses to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Within O2C Operations) to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Track project outcomes, cost savings, and productivity improvements.
  • Provide training and coaching to teams on Lean and Six Sigma principles.
  • Support automation and digitization initiatives as part of process optimization.
  • Create and maintain process documentation (process maps, SIPOC diagrams, value stream maps, etc.).
  • Report progress and improvement results to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification required.
  • 510 years of experience in process improvement, operations excellence, or business transformation.
  • Proven record of delivering measurable business results through process improvements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and change management skills.
  • Exposure to automation, RPA, or ERP systems is an advantage.
