Job Description

  • Managing Service Desk : A candidate with Go getter attitude ; having good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Product & Process Improvement: Acumen to understand the gaps in process and accordingly coordinate with stakeholders for system/process changes.
  • Preparing BRD and assisting successful testing & implementation.
  • Monitoring Servicing TAT.
  • Ensuring Good customer service levels. Coordinating with corporate customers/Brokers for closure of pending requirements.
