Key Responsibilities:
Client Management:
- Maintain day-to-day client contact for SEM campaign execution
- Understand client goals and agency deliverables
- Contribute ideas to grow client business
- Develop agendas for weekly client planning/status meetings
- Prepare client-facing weekly search reports in tables, graphs, summaries, and slides
Campaign Execution & Optimization:
- Set up and manage 3–5 search projects of varying sizes
- Perform keyword research and basic analysis
- Monitor campaign progress using reporting tools
- Track, analyze, and summarize program results and progress
- Ensure pacing, QA, and trafficking of campaigns
- Proactively review client data to optimize campaign performance
Reporting & Insights:
- Generate campaign reports and provide initial insights on trends to executives and planners
- Provide clients with budget updates
- Conduct research and fact-finding for reports, presentations, and articles
Team Management & Training:
- Train subordinates to become self-sufficient in executing campaigns
- Foster team-building and ensure effective deliverables
Project Management & Analysis:
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Interpret campaign numbers using logical and analytical skills
- Solve problems and provide actionable recommendations based on data
