Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Associate Manager, Customer Experience. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth and engagement of our platform by working closely with community members, product teams, and other stakeholders. You will also play a crucial role in expanding our team and ensuring the long-term success of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the growth of daily active users on the app by engaging and scaling user-generated matchmakers, content creators, and moderators.
- Develop and implement strategies for upskilling matchmakers, content creators, and moderators to enhance their skills and ensure their long-term retention.
- Create and manage monetization opportunities for community members.
- Collaborate with the product team to launch new features focused on engagement, retention, and monetization.
- Identify and nurture potential micro-influencers within the FRND ecosystem to drive activities such as matchmaking, virtual gifting, and radio shows.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, insights, and best practices.
- Leverage this knowledge to grow engagement and interaction on the platform.
- Develop and implement processes, metrics, and dashboards to monitor and achieve the aforementioned goals.
- Assist in expanding the team by hiring talents at various positions to scale up operations.
Requirements:
- 6 months - 1 year of experience in business/operations
- Tier 1 college (preferably IIT, BITS, IIM and NIT)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and digital tools.
- A passion for community building and social engagement.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with changing priorities.
- The FRND team operates six days a week, with every second and fourth Saturday designated as a day off
