Overview
This is existing role in the Delivery and Product Excellence team which is flex/floating pool of BA resources for EU sector
Responsibilities
- Insights Business Partnering
- Bring impactful insights for the EU BUs by setting up and managing integrated insights across data sources (Nielsen, Kantar, Global Data, BMS)
- Track business and brand performance by managing category and BU
- Day to day contact with different BU Sector engagement POCs for requirement gathering, expectations setting, delivery planning, and execution through proactive communication
- Build strong insights
- Develop strong insights based on situational and ad hoc data analysis
- Able to build story from multiple analysis to answer the uber question
- Build stronger PepsiCo brands through insights
- Partners with BU Engagement SPOCs to adopt in-house projects and programs (e.g. SMART, GN, PPD)
Qualifications
- 4+ years FMCG insights experience
- 4+ years experience working with NIQ/RMS, HHP data is a must have. Exp in Canadean/Global data is a good-have
- Good analytics insights experience, end-to-end understanding of the best double-click approach for deep dive analysis and strong problem-solving skills
- Compelling story-teller & good slide/analysis building skills
- Impeccable attention to detail and ability to spot anomalies
- Good communication skills and stakeholder management skills
- Working matrix organization excellent relationship builder who can work x-functionally/x-geography/x-franchise
