JOB TITLE: Associate Manager Consultant

QUALIFICATION: MBA in Marketing

EXPERIENCE: 1215 years of experience in Brand Management / Marketing

INDUSTRY: Retail / FMCG / Retail / Real Estate

LOCATION: Hyderabad Full-Time Position

WORK MODE: On-site (No Work from Home / Flexi Working Option)

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Associate Manager Consultant will be responsible for leading a team, driving brand strategy, leading marketing initiatives, managing agency partners, and delivering business impact through data-driven insights. The role requires strong leadership capability, cross-functional coordination, and ownership of end-to-end brand management initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Planning & Brand Management

Lead development of Annual Marketing Plans aligned with business objectives

Drive brand positioning, communication strategy, and campaign direction

Translate consumer and market insights into actionable brand strategies

Identify growth opportunities through category and market analysis

Campaign Development & Execution

Conceptualize and oversee integrated marketing campaigns (online & offline)

Provide strategic direction and manage external creative, advertising, and digital agencies

Ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives within approved budgets

Monitor campaign effectiveness and optimize based on performance metrics

Market Intelligence & Consumer Insights

Lead market research initiatives (primary & secondary) to derive actionable insights

Conduct periodic market visits to assess on-ground realities

Drive competition tracking and provide strategic recommendations

Proactively monitor category trends, product launches, and innovations

Stakeholder & Team Management

Act as a key liaison between management, sales teams, trade partners, and external agencies

Build strong relationships with trade partners to gather market intelligence

Present strategic insights and performance reports to senior management

Lead brainstorming sessions and guide junior team members

Activations & On-Ground Marketing

Spearhead offline brand activations (malls, residential communities, parks, etc.)

Evaluate new promotional avenues and partnerships

Ensure seamless coordination between agencies, sales teams, and client stakeholders

Data & Reporting

Own brand performance dashboards and reporting mechanisms

Consolidate data from multiple sources and present structured insights

Develop hypotheses around business challenges and drive solution-oriented discussions
