Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the order management team to ensure accurate and timely processing of sales orders in SAP
• Oversee Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), pricing uploads, and maintenance of contract-related data within SAP systems
• Manage field contracts, sample orders, return processing, and retailer-related operational workflows
• Monitor order status, resolve discrepancies, and handle escalations related to order fulfillment and customer complaints
• Audit digital catalogs and ensure accuracy of product, pricing, and order data across SAP-integrated systems
• Lead coordination for digital product launches and manage release schedules across business functions
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to resolve operational issues
• Define, track, and report key operational metrics such as order accuracy, cycle time, and fulfillment rates
• Evaluate system performance and recommend automation, optimization, and process improvement initiatives in SAP
• Maintain and continuously improve SOPs, documentation, and operational reporting frameworks
• Ensure compliance with internal audit requirements and operational governance standards
