Role Overview:
We are seeking a Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong experience in manpower-driven business models, project accounting, and project operations support. The role involves financial oversight of projects, participation in management reviews, and effective use of SAP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project accounting, financial tracking, and cost control for manpower-oriented business models
- Support end-to-end project handling including financial monitoring and reporting
- Prepare insights and provide support for Monthly Management Review (MRM) meetings
- Work on SAP systems (G1 / G2 / S/4 HANA or equivalent) for financial and project reporting
- Ensure financial compliance, forecasting accuracy, and project profitability
Qualifications & Skills:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory
- Experience in project finance / project operations environments
- Strong knowledge of SAP financial modules
- Excellent analytical, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
