Associate Manager - Business Analyst

• Build and maintain dashboards to track key business KPIs including sales performance, customer acquisition, courier costs, and P&L.
• Analyze operational data (first-mile, mid-mile, last-mile, billing) to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or cost leakages.
• Support pricing and courier allocation strategy by modeling impact of rate changes and courier mix.
• Monitor lead funnel, conversions, and sales productivity; recommend improvements to inside/field sales processes.
• Conduct deep dives into customer segments, churn, repeat behavior, and regional trends.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Ops, Finance, Tech) to support key business initiatives and reporting.
• Assist in business reviews with leadership by preparing insight-rich reports and presentations.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a data/business analytics role inlogistics, eCommerce, SaaS, or related industries.
• Strong command ofExcel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Tableau, Data Studio).
• Experience working with large operational/sales datasets and drawing actionable business insights.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills ability to present data to non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
