Customer Acquisition & Sales:
- Acquire current and savings accounts in the assigned segment and generate references from the catchment area.
- Ensure high quality of customer acquisition with appropriate product and segment mix.
- Onboard and activate customers on digital platforms.
Planning & Coordination:
- Assist Senior Sales Manager in catchment mapping and branch scoping exercises.
- Provide regular feedback to Senior Sales Manager and Branch Manager on customer requirements and opportunities.
Compliance & Quality:
- Ensure adherence to sales compliance and SOPs defined by the organization.
- Source customers with strict compliance to internal and regulatory guidelines.
Market Visibility & Referrals:
- Conduct activities in the catchment to acquire high-quality, HNI customers.
- Seek regular referrals from existing customers to expand the customer base.
- Work on central initiatives and promotional campaigns.
Collaboration & Support:
- Collaborate with team members and support functions to offer products and services to customers.
- Cross-sell banking products like insurance and other financial services.
