Function: Investment Banking Advisory

Products: Debt Syndication/Restructuring/PE/M&A

Location: Wood Street Kolkata

Position: Associate/ Dy Manager/ Manager/ AVP

Qualification: Chartered Accountant/MBA (Finance)

Experience: 2- 10 Years relevant experience in a Bank/Financial Institution/Financial Advisors/Corporate

Domain Knowledge: Exposure in Project Finance, Infrastructure Advisory and Finance, Corporate Finance Advisory involving Project appraisal, feasibility analysis, sector/market analysis, arrangement & Syndication of funds, Valuation and acquisition advisory

The job will involve critically evaluating the mandates, preparation of Information Memorandum (IM), various financing document, building financial model for evaluation, assessment and risk mitigation thereof.

Essential: Financial Statement Analysis, Financial modelling, Presentation & Communication Skills.
