Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Associate Manager Analytics to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data visualization, business intelligence, and analytics, with a focus on delivering actionable insights through dashboards and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction and transformation
- Implement advanced DAX calculations for business metrics and KPIs
- Build and maintain scalable data models for reporting and analytics
- Develop performance reports and provide actionable business insights
- Implement and manage Row-Level Security (RLS) in Power BI
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization across reports
Required Skills- Strong experience in Power BI and Advanced DAX
- Proficiency in SQL
- Expertise in Data Modelling
- Experience in Performance Reporting & Dashboarding
- Hands-on experience with Row Level Security (RLS)
Experience- 4 6 years of relevant experience in analytics / business intelligence
Education- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (preferred)
- 2018 or later graduates preferred
