About the Role

The Associate Manager - AISO (AI Strategy & Operations) role is an entry-level position

focused on executing prompt engineering, testing, and debugging tasks for AI powered

applications. The role supports the development and maintenance of AI chatbots and

automation use cases under guidance from senior team members.

Must Haves

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

High attention to detail and quality

Logical reasoning and structured thinking

Ability to analyze text outputs and identify inconsistencies or logical gaps

Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, solution-oriented mindset

Ability to learn new tools, workflows, and AI concepts quickly

Comfort working in ambiguous and iterative environments

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Preferred backgrounds: Economics, English,

Psychology, Marketing, Social Sciences)

Preferred Skills

Exposure to AI tools, chatbots, or LLM-based platforms

Strong comprehension and critical analysis skills

Ability to break down complex problems into structured evaluation scenarios

Familiarity with structured documentation and reporting

What You'll Do

Develop and iterate prompts for AI based applications.

Test AI outputs across multiple scenarios, edge cases, and user journeys

Identify prompt-level failures, hallucinations, and inconsistent behavior

Analyze interaction logs and transcripts to improve bot accuracy

Execute bulk testing using internal tools

Document findings, improvements, and version updates clearly

Collaborate with AI Scientists, Product Managers, and Engineers to implement improvements
