Ensure the integration of advanced technologies and innovative solutions to improve system reliability and sustainability.
Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes for electromechanical and instrumentation equipment.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Monitor and analyze system performance metrics, implementing corrective actions as needed to achieve project goals.
Support the AGM-Engineering in strategic planning and decision-making related to electromechanical and instrumentation systems.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in electromechanical systems, instrumentation, and hydroelectric project execution.
Proven expertise in engineering design, project planning, and process optimization within the renewable energy sector.
