Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of electromechanical systems and instrumentation for Hydro PSP projects, ensuring alignment with project specifications and timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop engineering drawings and designs that optimize system performance and efficiency.
  • Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring adherence to quality standards, budgets, and schedules.
  • Conduct technical evaluations and feasibility studies for electromechanical components and instrumentation systems.
  • Drive process optimization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs in Hydro PSP projects.
  • Ensure the integration of advanced technologies and innovative solutions to improve system reliability and sustainability.
  • Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes for electromechanical and instrumentation equipment.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance metrics, implementing corrective actions as needed to achieve project goals.
  • Support the AGM-Engineering in strategic planning and decision-making related to electromechanical and instrumentation systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in electromechanical systems, instrumentation, and hydroelectric project execution.
  • Proven expertise in engineering design, project planning, and process optimization within the renewable energy sector.
