About the Role :

• Should have good communication skills to connect with Client and TA team.
• To have hands on experience in Background verification process Understanding the criticality of the process adhering to the SLA as defined in our BGV policy document.
• Candidate should be open to work on night shifts.

Responsibilities :

• Should closely work with vendors for BGV closure.
• To have interest in bringing system enhancements.
• Adhere to the organizational policy and standards.
• Willing to learn new skill.
• Should be flexible enough to extend in case of high volume.
• Should be a good team player.

Qualifications :

Any Graduate.

Experience :

Freshers/ Candidates with 1-2 years of experience can apply.

Required Skills :

Good communication skills, Microsoft Excel.
