About the Role

To have hands on experience in Background verification process. Understanding the criticality of the process adhering to the SLA as defined in our BGV policy document.

Responsibilities

• Hands on experience in Background verification process.
• Understanding the criticality of the process adhering to the SLA as defined in our BGV policy document.
• Good communication skills to connect with Client and TA team.
• Work closely with vendors for BGV closure.
• Interest in bringing system enhancements.
• Adhere to the organizational policy and standards.
• Willing to learn new skills.
• Flexible enough to extend in case of high volume.
• Be a good team player.
