Job Description

Job objective:

To support Lokmitra Ventures Pvt. Ltd.s multi-domain projects by providing efficient operational, administrative, and coordination assistance. The Associate will ensure smooth workflow, maintain accurate records, assist in research and reporting, and contribute to project deliverables with professionalism, adaptability, and a tech-savvy approach.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day operations, documentation, and data management across departments.
  • Use Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) for preparing reports, presentations, and analysis.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Conduct research, gather information, and assist in the preparation of business or project reports.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and project documentation for operational and management purposes.
  • Participate in team meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action points.
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives, troubleshooting challenges, and implementing efficiency measures.
  • Engage in learning sessions and apply new skills to enhance project outcomes.
  • Adhere to company policies, maintain professional conduct, and demonstrate punctuality.
  • Take ownership of responsibilities and support management in completing ad-hoc assignments.

  • Operational Support & Coordination Ensure smooth functioning and timely completion of tasks.
  • Documentation & Reporting Maintain 100% accuracy in records, reports, and presentations.
  • Research & Analysis Deliver actionable insights and data for projects.
  • Technical Proficiency Use Microsoft Office and other tools efficiently across all platforms.
  • Attendance & Professionalism Ensure consistent attendance, punctuality, and adherence to company policies.
  • Ad-Hoc & Project Support Complete special assignments and contribute actively to project success.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Task Completion: 100% of assigned activities delivered on time.
  • Accuracy: 95% error-free documentation and data handling.
  • Research Output: Minimum 23 actionable research reports or insights per week.
  • Learning & Development: Participation in at least one internal/external learning session per month.
  • Communication & Coordination: Timely responses and efficient team collaboration.
  • Policy Adherence: Zero violations of professional, operational, or conduct standards.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Commerce, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Freshers with internship experience or candidates with 12 years of relevant work experience are welcome.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, software, or digital platforms.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
