Job Title: Associate General Corporate & PE/VC

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our team at our Gurgaon office. This position is ideal for candidates interested in gaining hands-on experience in corporate law, with a specific focus on startup transactions, private equity/venture capital investments, and general corporate advisory.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in reviewing, summarizing, and drafting general corporate agreements and commercial contracts.

Support the team in conducting due diligence and preparing reports in connection with PE/VC transactions.

Review company incorporation documents, statutory records, and compliance documentation.

Assist in drafting, vetting, and proof-reading transaction documents including term sheets, shareholder agreements, and share subscription agreements.

Conduct legal research on corporate and regulatory matters.

Participate in internal discussions and brainstorming sessions on transaction structuring.

Eligibility Criteria:

Recent Graduate from Tier 1 College (NLU not mandatory).

Strong interest in corporate law, startup law, and investment transactions.

Prior internship experience in a corporate law firm or in-house legal team (preferred).

Excellent command over written and spoken English.

Proficient in legal research and MS Office tools.
