Your role:
Key role and responsibility will be to provide support to Non-lending, savings, deposits and checking account bank customers throughout their lifecycle, actioning requests and executing processes required to service and maintain products and services in line with Customer Group policies and procedures. Keeping the end customer front of mind, you will action every request, decision, task and outcome by demonstrating care, empathy, and confidence, building trust, taking ownership, and acting with integrity towards our customers, partners and brokers at all times College degree in with 0-2 years relevant work experience in similar processes with good oral and written communication skills along with proficiency in MS Office.
