Key duties and responsibilities
- Processing of Financial & Non-Financial transactions through internal systems as per regulatory and client requirement
- Identify and resolve problems within the defined procedures.
- Complete archiving of investor and client documentation ensuring a full audit trail exists for subsequent retrieval
- Expected to work on initiatives/Ad-hoc requirements as per business needs.
- Should be able to work independently but also need to be a good team player.
- Should be able to identify process gaps & need to work as a trouble shoot.
- Ability to support, guide & train other team members.
- Should have the ability to understand & handle complex queries
- Strong domain knowledge is essential & understanding of TA business.es
- Well versed with preparation and review of SOPs/Process flow charts
- Able to identify & implement various process control
- Provide innovative ideas for process enhancements
- Should have a good understanding of regulatory and audit requirements to ensure all the requirements are fulfilled
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks by utilizing effective time management skills.
Qualification and Experience
- Prior Transfer Agency processing experience is required
- Bachelor s degree in commerce is desires
- 1-5 years of relevant experience
