Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Legal professional, based in Ahmedabad. Responsibilities include providing legal consulting services, drafting and preparing legal documents, managing legal issues, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The chosen candidate will also provide support in conducting legal analysis and collaborate with various teams to address legal matters.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Law and Legal Issues
• Experience in Legal Consulting and Legal Document Preparation, Sebi, Rera,
• Commercial Court Act, Negotiable Instrument Act,
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple legal cases effectively
• Ability to work on-site and collaboratively within a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or higher qualification in legal studies
• Read and understand Gujarati launguage READ GUJARATI DOCS
• Prior experience in legal fields will be an added advantage
