Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates from AI/ML or Data Science backgrounds who are passionate about technology and learning. As an Associate Learning Designer, you will work with subject matter experts and internal teams to create engaging learning content for global learners.

Key Responsibilities

Research and develop learning content related to AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science

Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to structure learning modules

Simplify complex technical concepts into clear, learner-friendly content

Support the Learning Design team in building high-quality training programs

Required Qualifications

Fresh graduates only

B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc / BCA / MCA in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, IT, or related technical fields

Strong understanding of AI/ML, Data Science, and Python fundamentals

Academic projects or certifications in AI/ML, Data Science, or Python will be an added advantage

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
