Job Description:
- Lead the optimization and transformation of the recruitment technology ecosystem driving automation and AI adoption across the hiring lifecycle to improve recruiter productivity hiring quality candidate experience and operational efficiency
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and optimize ATS CRM scheduling assessment referral and recruitment technology platforms
- Design and implement workflow automation RPA and process improvements across sourcing screening interviewing offer and onboarding stages
- Identify pilot and scale AI use cases
- Ensure Responsible AI adoption through governance monitoring explainability and compliance frameworks
- Manage recruitment technology integrations data quality reporting and analytics dashboards
Technical Requirements:
- Strong hands on experience with ATS platforms
- Experience in automation tools
- Strong analytical skills with Power BI Tableau or similar reporting platforms
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross functional collaboration skills
