Role: Associate Lead - Revenue Acceleration

Experience Required:3 to 6 years
Location : Mumbai OR Bangalore (Hybrid)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Driving detailed Account plan development, including Industry Overview, Client Organization Overview & structure, Account context using primary/secondary research methodologies, expert discussions and account team discussions.

  • Opportunity Identification - Preparing list of potential opportunities with the brief solution offering, target stakeholder, competition and potential TCV.

  • Opportunity Prioritization - Developing a Go/no-go criteria for opportunities within an account to be considered as strategic pursuit or not and thereby coming up with a detailed Action Plan against each of the selected opportunities

  • Execution Support - Deploy governance mechanism to enable progress monitoring via -

    • Developing review templates and driving regular progress reviews to track progress against account plan/ opportunity action plan

    • Regular cadence with senior leadership & setting up clear escalation metrics

    • Developing and maintaining account performance dashboards

    • Enable course correction discussions through regular tracking and analysis of the account performance dashboards.

    • Strong understanding of revenue acceleration, operations and management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Recent, relevant strategy consulting experience with a proficient, thoughtful and insightful approach to leading strategic account/opportunity planning is foundational to the success of this role.
  • Delivery of these services across Quantiphi's Strategic Accounts with a collaborative, customer-centric approach and measured impact is expected.
  • The candidate is expected to influence stakeholders to develop organizational muscle and expand strategic selling acumen at all levels of the GTM team.
  • They should be able to partner with cross-functional leaders to iterate and adjust support and engagement where necessary to accommodate internal and external change.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • B. Tech from IIT/ Top Engineering colleges with 1 to 2 Years Experience in Consulting roles

  • Skilled at activating data-driven initiatives enabling sales teams to sell broadly into accounts with programmatic structure

  • Facilitate insightful, motivating and collaborative sales strategy sessions including account planning, opportunity level reviews, executive briefings, pre-call plans, etc

  • Strategic mindset with strong problem solving, analysis, and critical thinking skills

  • Executive presence and consultative approach

  • Highly motivated, energetic, inclusive, self-starter who demonstrates leadership, adaptability, flexibility and integrity.
