Key Responsibilities

Administration

Manage roles, profiles, and permissions.
Configure objects, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic forms, and validation rules.
Design and implement automation using low code solutions such as Flow.
Configure changes to support maintenance, security updates, and fixes.
Ensure data integrity through regular audits, using tools such as data loader and deduplication tools.
Provide end-user support and training as needed.

Development

Design and implement custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST APIs.
Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for development and deployment.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Manage large-scale data migrations and reconciliation.
Integrate business applications with Salesforce to meet organizational needs.

Requirements Gathering & Stakeholder Collaboration

Facilitate discovery sessions and document detailed business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes for developing custom solutions.
Translate requirements into technical specifications.
Communicate with stakeholders during all phases of the project life cycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years in Salesforce (Sales, Service, Marketing) administration and development.
Certifications: Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I (Platform Developer II is a plus).
Strong knowledge of the Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative tools.
Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components, and API integrations.
