The role of a
SuccessFactor Compensation Lead involves a comprehensive understanding of HR solutions and the ability to implement and support various modules within the SAP SuccessFactors suite. Key responsibilities include:
- Experience - 10+ Years of Experince
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborating with business stakeholders and HR teams to gather and analyze requirements for compensation processes.
- System Configuration and Implementation: Configuring compensation templates, eligibility rules, budgets, guidelines, and compensation cycle plans.
- Data Migration and Integration: Designing and executing data migration strategies for compensation data.
- Data Integrity and Compliance: Ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Post-Go-Live Support: Providing enhancements, optimizations, and support services to clients.
- User Training and Best Practices: Conducting user training, documentation, and best practice workshops.
- End to End Implementation - Minimum 4 End to End implementation project expereince
- Support Projects - Minimum 4 support projects experience.
- Exposure to various conturies Compenstation process
- Experience in Pre Sales and RFP responses
