Role: Sr. SAP Success Factor (Payroll)

Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid)

This position will work in Hybrid mode whereby the candidate will have to work onsite 2-3 days a week.

The candidates need to have Credly certification in SuccessFactors and it should be valid. Do not forget to check and verify Credly certification and get the Credly link.

Ideal candidate to have over 14 years experience with over 10 years in SAP HR/HCM and recent 4-5 years in SuccessFactors.

Job Description:

• SAP Payroll Configuration Consultants with experience Australian or International Payroll
• The role involves configuring and delivering SAP Payroll solutions, troubleshooting integration issues, conducting payroll testing, and ensuring compliance with country-specific requirements.
• The consultant will work collaboratively to optimize payroll processes and provide regular system support to maintain performance.
• Knowledge of Time Management and integration with payroll
• Knowledge of Employee Central Payroll and Employee Central is added advantage
